We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead oversee the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales and stock market operations. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining branch operations, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. Strong knowledge of the stock market, equity shares, TDS, and national stock market regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Drive sales initiatives to achieve branch targets and growth objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Branch Operations:
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. Manage branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Lead Generation:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Develop relationships with potential clients and partners to drive lead generation and business growth.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Stock Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on stock market trends, equity shares, and national stock market regulations. Provide informed guidance to clients and staff regarding market activities, Mutual Funds.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including TDS and other financial compliance requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records as required by regulatory bodies.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales metrics, and market conditions to senior management. Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and stock market operations. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations effectively.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of stock market principles, equity shares, TDS, and national stock market regulations. Ability to stay informed about market trends and changes.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
Leadership:
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team. Ability to drive performance and foster a positive work environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with branch management software and financial tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification:
NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification is preferred.
