Generate and manage leads for land and plot sales through site visits, referrals, channel partners, and digital platforms
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and detailed plot walkthroughs for prospective clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable land or plot options
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales in line with company policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and registration processes
Guide customers through booking, agreement, and registration formalities
Track sales pipelines, update CRM records, and prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Mentor junior sales executives and help improve team conversion ratios
Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally
Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming land projects
Ensure compliance with RERA, legal, and company guidelines
Key Skills & Requirements (Optional Section)
Proven experience in land/plot sales or real estate sales
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication in local language(s) and English
Good understanding of land documentation and registration process
Willingness to travel for site visits
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
