Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory
Identify new dealers, distributors and institutional customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing and demand trends
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
Preferred candidate profile
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Good understanding of battery products (Automotive, Tubular, Inverter, VRLA preferred)
Knowledge of local market and dealer network
Self-motivated and target-oriented
