Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Networking:
Actively identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Client Engagement:
Meet with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
Site Visits & Presentations:
Conduct property/site visits and present project features effectively to customers.
Sales Conversion:
Negotiate pricing and terms, close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing, documentation, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Customer Service:
Provide professional after-sales support and address client queries effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
2-7 years in real estate sales, or related customer-facing sales roles.
Education:
Bachelor's degree /Diploma
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and customer service skills.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
Attitude:
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a field sales environment.
