Job Title: Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive



Job Summary



The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits Present and promote products/services to potential clients Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Maintain relationships with existing customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems Coordinate with marketing and support teams Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in sales or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

0-2 years for Junior Sales Executive 2-5+ years for Senior Sales Executive
