Senior Sales Executive

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, conducting site visits, closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Generate leads through calls, references, and online platforms. Contact potential clients and explain property details and investment benefits. Schedule and conduct site visits with clients. Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for future business. Coordinate with the telemarketing and marketing teams for lead support. Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and updates for management. Achieve individual and team-based monthly targets.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and convincing skills. Experience in real estate sales or a similar field is an advantage. Confident in client handling and negotiation. Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Educational Qualification:



Any Degree / Diploma Candidates with real estate or direct sales experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
