is an engineering-driven company involved in various mechanical and industrial product segments. As we expand our business operations, we are building a capable Sales & Marketing division to support new markets, OEM customers, and dealer networks.
Job Summary:
We are looking for
Mechanical-background candidates
(freshers or experienced) who can handle sales of
any mechanical or industrial product line
.
This includes pumps, gearboxes, material-handling equipment, process equipment, components, or any engineering solutions based on customer requirements.
Candidates must have interest in
industrial marketing, self-learning, field sales, and technical understanding
.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new customers and markets for multiple mechanical product categories.
Meet and coordinate with industrial clients, OEMs, and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mechanical solutions.
Support in building dealer/distributor networks across regions.
Prepare quotations, technical-commercial offers, and handle follow-ups.
Work with Design, Production, Assembly, and R&D teams to align solutions.
Conduct market and competitor research for new business opportunities.
Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and documentation accurately.
Manage schedules independently and maintain strong time management.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering ( Not mandatory)
or related mechanical field.
Freshers with strong marketing interest and technical learning ability are welcome.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interest in field sales, OEM support, and mechanical product knowledge.
Willingness to travel for client visits and dealer development.
Basic MS Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
Experience in sales of any mechanical/industrial products such as:
Pumps, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, spares
Fabricated components, process equipment
Machine parts, industrial consumables
Exposure to production/assembly/R&D environments.
Experience in B2B, OEM, or industrial field sales.
