Explain real estate projects (plots / flats / villas)
Arrange and handle site visits
Negotiate and close sales deals
Maintain client relationship and follow-ups
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years experience in sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Customer-focused and target-oriented
