Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving showroom sales, delivering premium customer service, managing high-value transactions, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for clients. The role demands strong communication, deep product knowledge, and confidence in handling luxury clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling
Engage with customers to understand their jewelry needs and recommend suitable designs.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, polki, and bridal collections.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and ensure repeat business.
Assist customers with customization orders, sizing, and special requests.
Showroom Operations
Ensure product displays are attractive, clean, and aligned with PMJ's visual merchandising standards.
Track and update customer requirements, pending orders, and follow-ups.
Support smooth billing, packaging, and after-sales service processes.
Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and replenishment.
Professional Conduct
Maintain grooming standards suitable for a luxury brand environment.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.
Uphold brand values, store SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
Sales Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records, customer profiles, and CRM updates.
Prepare daily sales reports and contribute to weekly sales meetings.
Assist with documentation related to exchanges, returns, or repair orders.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent selling and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle high-value jewelry confidently and responsibly.
Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and jewelry categories (training can be provided).
Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
Additional Requirements
2-5 years of experience in jewelry retail sales (luxury/premium brands preferred).
Strong customer service orientation and elegant presentation skills.
Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons (peak business periods).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is an advantage.
