Job Overview:


We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in sales or business development. You will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and increase sales. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Mentor junior team members and support team growth.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree; MBA or engineering background is a plus. 4+ years of experience in sales or business development. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM tools and business development software.
