Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Sales Enablement Specialist - ERP
to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and establish strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to strategize and execute sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Post-Demo Engagement
Proactively follow up with leads who have attended product demos to address queries, reinforce value, and drive them toward decision-making.
Proposal and Quote Management
Prepare and send tailored proposals or quotations aligned to client needs, and provide detailed explanations and commercial justifications where required.
Lead Qualification & Prioritization
Maintain a weekly pipeline of new and existing leads, assess readiness for closure, and prioritize leads based on interest and decision-making stage.Work closely with prospects to convert proposals into confirmed deals, facilitate payment follow-ups, and ensure closure with payment confirmation.Log all activities, client conversations, and proposal updates accurately in the CRM. Ensure lead stages are updated in real-time for visibility.Build trust with potential customers by acting as a consultant -- recommending the right Zoho modules or packages as per their operational needs.Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to clarify scope, align on deliverables, and ensure feasibility of client-specific requirements.Analyze weekly conversion metrics, identify shortfalls, and plan target catch-ups where required to meet monthly conversion goals.Capture reasons for deal losses, delays, or hesitations and provide structured feedback to marketing or product teams to refine positioning.Once the deal is closed, ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding team by documenting requirements and expectations clearly.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
