Job Description

Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals, especially within school-related segments.

Client Interaction:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including schools, educational institutions, and parents.

Product Presentation:

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of schools and educational stakeholders.

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow-Up:

Regularly follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Market Research:

Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer feedback in the educational sector.

Reporting:

Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management for strategic planning.

Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.

Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications:

School education (preferably completed higher secondary or equivalent). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay: ₹11,550.05 - ₹37,272.05 per month
