Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.
Identify and onboard potential B2B clients such as schools, art studios, and corporates.
Monitor store performance, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive offers, and product launches.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with marketing and inventory teams for smooth operations.
Mentor and guide junior sales associates to enhance team performance.
Collect customer feedback to improve product range and service quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience
in sales, preferably in
retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or stationery sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
