The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service at Sri Kamatchi Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. This position is open to both
male and female candidates
with prior experience in jewellery sales or a related retail field. The role requires strong product knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
Welcome and assist customers courteously within the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs and collections.
Demonstrate product features, purity, weight, and price to customers.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
Consistently achieve individual and branch sales targets.
2. Product Knowledge & Display
Maintain in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and antique jewellery.
Stay updated on latest designs, trends, and promotional offers.
Ensure attractive display and proper arrangement of jewellery in showcases.
Monitor and maintain stock levels in the assigned counters.
3. Customer Service & Relationship
Provide exceptional service during and after sales.
Assist customers with billing, packing, exchange, and delivery processes.
Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
Build and sustain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Support customer engagement initiatives such as chit schemes, loyalty programs, and festive offers.
4. Compliance & Process Adherence
Follow all company sales policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and proper handling of ornaments.
Adhere to showroom security, safety, and hygiene standards.
5. Teamwork & Reporting
Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless customer service.
Participate in promotional events and in-store marketing activities.
Submit daily/weekly sales performance reports to the Sales Manager/Store Manager.
Attend training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
