Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Sales Executive

to spearhead our business development initiatives in

Chennai

. This role requires a confident communicator who can connect with high-value clients, developers, and stakeholders, while aligning with our brand's excellence in design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Meet prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate Grihaa offerings.

Coordinate with the design and execution teams to deliver customized proposals and close deals.

Strategic Market Development

Build local partnerships with builders, realtors, and design consultants to generate continuous referrals.

Represent Monnaie at real estate expos, design conferences, and regional networking events in and around Coimbatore.

Sales Reporting & Coordination

Track performance and submit regular updates on leads, follow-ups, closures, and revenue forecasts.

Education:

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales

premium B2C service industries

Prior experience in C

hennai or

strong knowledge of the local market

Minimum one-year commitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,567.31 - ₹40,237.61 per month
