We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Business Development / Sales Associate , Business Development Executive to assist our company in expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for identifying & creating new qualified sales opportunities through
outbound / inbound calls & email
activities.
Contact potential leads through Cold Calling, Email campaigns, and other methods to generate interest in our products & services.
Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
Generating potential leads via cold call, email, social media, websites, ads, researching prospect website etc.
Engage with leads to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide relevant information about our solutions.
Leverage sound sales and marketing knowledge to contact prospective clients, conduct online meetings/virtual calls and pitch company's services & products.
Develop and maintain good relationships with prospects, acting as initial point of contact.
Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met in order to seal the deal.
Provide customer service via phone, emails, chat, CRM.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.).
Co-ordinate with teams in US & India.
Skills Requirements:
REQUIRED:
Should have 2+ years experience in B2B Sales or Call Center experience preferably with US customers.* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in
English & Hindi
. Fluency in other languages would be an added advantage
Entrepreneurial spirit,
able to work US hours and some weekends.
Knowledge of CRM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Google Analytics, SEO Tools and other tools for digital marketing is preferred.
Experience in designing & implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Must have a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be result driven and complete tasks with tight timelines.
