Job description Roles and Responsibilities - Calling prospects and understanding their requirements - Scheduling one on one meetings with customers to provide solutions specific to their needs - Driving site visits and assisting in shortlisting the appropriate options - Using knowledge, analytics & experience to consult and advise - Taking strong follow-up of potential prospects and ensuring closures - Solving all post-sales queries or concerns of customers - Documenting the complete lead journey on CRM for records - Building an excellent rapport with developers and their respective teams - Ensuring Customer delight each and every time Desired Candidate Profile - Minimum 1 year of Real Estate Sales Experience - Good Communication skills - Good at building relationships - Good at negotiations and convincing - Good persuasion skill - Presentable & Professional Perks and Benefits - Incentive structure that is best in the industry - Apt and timely disbursement of incentive pay - Regular training sessions that spurt personal growth - Frequent team outings - Regular R&R events Job Type: Full-time Salary: 918,750.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
