We are looking for an experienced and driven

Senior Sales Executive

to join our team in

Tezpur, Assam

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

building materials sales

, a solid network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to develop new business across the

Northeast region

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop sales through engagement with

Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Dealers

Build and manage a

dealer/distributor network

in and around Tezpur and nearby territories Identify and capitalize on opportunities in

private and government construction projects

Conduct

territory mapping

by customer segment, application type, and business potential Meet or exceed

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Maintain relationships and generate repeat business from existing clients

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum

4 years of sales experience

in the

Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate

sector Existing relationships with

channel partners, architects, contractors, and project developers

Skilled in

business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management

Self-motivated and target-oriented with excellent communication skills Comfortable with regular travel within assigned territory
