Key Responsibilities :-
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives
Allocate leads and monitor daily follow-ups
Handle high-value clients and deal closures
Conduct and supervise site visits with the team
Ensure accurate updating of leads in CRM / MIS
Achieve team-wise and individual sales targets
Train new sales staff on pitch, process & closing techniques
Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
Graduate / (Marketing preferred)
1-3 years experience in real estate sales (Land / Plot / Property)
Minimum 1-2 years team handling experience
Strong leadership, negotiation & closing skills
Knowledge of property documentation, registry & booking process
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Strong local market understanding
