We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell our electrical products. The role includes generating leads, visiting clients, managing dealers/distributors, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates must be willing to travel for field sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
Experienced candidates in electricals OR freshers with B.Tech (Electrical), Diploma Electrical, DET, JET are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, architects & industrial clients.
Promote and sell electrical products (switchgears, wires, cables, accessories, etc.).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and timely dispatch.
Required Skills & Competencies
Interest or experience in electrical product sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with field visits.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Must have a two-wheeler & valid driving license.
Salary
Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentives.
