We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced

Senior Sales Executive

for

Shillong, Meghalaya

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

building materials sales

, a robust local network, and the drive to grow business across

Meghalaya and the Northeast region

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop business through strong engagement with

Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Dealers

Establish and manage a

dealer/distributor network

across Shillong and surrounding regions Identify and pursue opportunities in

private and government infrastructure projects

Conduct thorough

territory mapping

by application, segment, and potential Consistently achieve or exceed

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high service standards

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum

4 years of experience

in

Sales

(Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate sector preferred) Strong network of

channel partners, architects, engineers, and project contractors

Proven skills in

business development, client management, and sales strategy execution

Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel regularly across assigned regions
