Job Summary:

The

Senior Fashion Consultant

plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the American Eagle brand. The role involves understanding customer preferences, providing styling advice, driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and supporting the team in achieving store performance goals.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Sales

Provide an exceptional in-store experience by engaging customers and understanding their fashion needs. Assist customers with styling advice, product recommendations, and complete looks. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. Build strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.

Store Operations

Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Support in executing visual merchandising guidelines as per brand standards. Maintain awareness of all promotional activities, new product launches, and stock availability. Handle billing, exchanges, and returns efficiently following company policies.

Team Support

Support and guide junior fashion consultants in improving customer engagement and product knowledge. Collaborate with store management to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in training new team members when required.

Brand Representation

Uphold the American Eagle brand values and maintain a positive, professional appearance at all times. Act as a brand ambassador by staying updated on fashion trends and promoting the brand's lifestyle and image.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in fashion retail or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent product knowledge and sense of fashion trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment:

Retail store environment (standing for long periods, engaging with customers). Requires flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays. Experience in fashion/apparel retail only.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
