Sales and strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth, recruit and retain clients, and build strong customer relationships.
Team leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a sales team, setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to ensure goals are met.
Sales and performance management: Manage the sales pipeline, track sales activity, and report on performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue targets, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
Inventory and operations: Manage inventory levels, oversee product ordering, and ensure the sales environment adheres to company standards and protocols.
Client relations: Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally, and handle sales at the counter or product demonstration as needed.
Budget and reporting: Manage the sales budget and prepare regular reports on sales, billing, and operational metrics for senior management.
