Sales executive /sales officer Roofing Sheet (Anna aluminium company pvt Ltd) Key Responsibility

Developing and executing marketing plan to drive the brand awareness and client acquisition.
Accruing new customers/distributors in the assigned area.
Prepare presentations and marketing plans for new clients.
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competition analysis, and opportunities for growth.
Organizing promotional events with marketing executives.
Coordinate Sales & Marketing Executives.
Achieve the team sales targets.
Target monitoring - Daily, weekly, monthly.
Prepare MIS report for assessing sales/executive /client/revenue etc.
Create schedule for market visit and visit market based on it.
Coordinate and conduct daily /monthly meeting with executives on-line or off-line based on the circumstance and administer the meeting.
Be the part of new model development.
Training, motivating ,mentioning, coaching and counselling team members.
Maintain good rapport with distributors and channel partners.
Work diligently to resolve unique and recurring customer complaints, promoting loyalty and enhancing operations.
Develop Marketing Strategies for higher marketing penetration and achievement of business growth.
We Expect a sales progressive growth as per the sales target set by the management from time to time.
