Key Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Lead Management
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through various sources--walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and HNI networks.
Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), NRIs, and corporate clients.
Conduct personalized site visits, showcasing the luxury lifestyle and unique value propositions of the project.
2. Sales & Negotiation
Manage the full sales cycle--from inquiry and presentation to deal closure and documentation.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms while ensuring alignment with company policies and premium positioning.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Post-Sales Client Servicing
Coordinate closely with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure a seamless experience post-booking.
Guide clients through agreement execution, payment schedules, registration, and possession formalities.
Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring a high satisfaction index and fostering repeat/referral business.
4. Brand Representation & Relationship Building
Represent the company at luxury property expos, private previews, and exclusive events.
Develop and sustain strong networks with wealth managers, brokers, and luxury lifestyle consultants.
Uphold the brand's reputation for excellence, discretion, and personalized service.
5. Reporting & Market Insights
Track and report sales performance, lead conversion ratios, and customer feedback.
Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies in the luxury real estate segment.
Provide actionable insights to the management for strategic decision-making.

Deep understanding of HNI/NRI client behavior and luxury real estate dynamics.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience
