PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing (Contract Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new PCD franchise partners and third-party manufacturing clients across India.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital platforms, and networking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
Present product portfolio, pricing structures, and proposals to potential clients.
Handle inquiries related to product availability, MOQs, delivery timelines, and regulatory documentation.
Collaborate with the production, regulatory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and regulatory guidelines in the pharma industry.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
PCD Pharma Franchise
or
Third-Party Manufacturing
sales.
Strong network of pharma professionals, distributors, and wholesalers.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
