Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the AAC Blocks market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct site visits for product promotion, client conversion, and support.
Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Ensure timely payment collections from clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA preferred with
1-3 years of sales experience
.
Prior experience in
AAC Blocks / Cement / Building Materials / Construction Chemicals
will be preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local markets in
Rohtak, Sonipat, and Panipat
.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
