Sales execution: Identify and pursue leads, create and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Team leadership: Guide, mentor, and coach sales team members to improve their performance, answer technical questions, and help them achieve their goals.
Analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, create accurate sales forecasts, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Key skills and qualifications
Proven experience in sales, often with a consultative approach.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with sales and CRM software, and common office applications.
