Core responsibilities



Strategy and planning: Develop and execute sales plans to meet company objectives, identify new business opportunities, and stay current on market trends and competitor activities. Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, provide support and guidance, and understand their needs to recommend tailored solutions. Sales execution: Identify and pursue leads, create and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Team leadership: Guide, mentor, and coach sales team members to improve their performance, answer technical questions, and help them achieve their goals. Analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, create accurate sales forecasts, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Key skills and qualifications

Proven experience in sales, often with a consultative approach. Strong negotiation and leadership skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with sales and CRM software, and common office applications. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
