Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day interactions between customers, partners, and the product team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Address customer queries, gather feedback, and nurture long-term relationships.
Act as a product expert, promptly resolving customer-service issues.
Conduct product and process training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
Identify and recruit new partners or customers to expand the business network.
Lead sales pitches and presentations to potential partners and customers.
Develop feature sheets and marketing collateral highlighting product details and benefits.
Organize and participate in regular sales training sessions.
Understand customer needs and ensure product solutions meet expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience- fresher to 1 year experience in customer relations, sales support, or product specialist roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical product features in simple, clear terms.
Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
