The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications & Experience:

2-4 years of experience in sales manufacturing OR PRODUCT SALES
