who will be responsible for building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants. The ideal candidate will introduce and promote our products, manage technical discussions, and support project conversions by influencing key decision-makers in the design and construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and consultants
Present product portfolios, conduct technical presentations, and offer design support
Identify upcoming projects through architectural firms and track them until conversion
Collaborate with the internal sales, marketing, and technical teams for project execution
Schedule regular meetings, site visits, and product demos with specifiers
Collect feedback from architects and communicate product improvements internally
Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new projects
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales or working with architects/designers in a similar industry (e.g., building materials, interiors, fenestration, lighting, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand architectural plans/specifications
Self-motivated with strong time-management and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field (preferred)
