We are looking for a driven and experienced
Senior Sales Executive
with a proven track record in
selling B2B SaaS solutions
to retail and hospitality clients. The ideal candidate will have deep domain understanding of
Retail Tech (POS, ERP, Inventory)
and/or
Hospitality Tech (PMS, CRM, Distribution Systems)
, and experience managing large accounts or selling into mid-sized to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive
new business acquisition
by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities in the
retail or hospitality sector
.
Manage the complete
sales cycle
- from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including
Retail Chains, Hotel Groups, and Franchise Networks
.
Understand and present technical solutions involving
POS, ERP, Inventory Optimization, CRM, PMS, or other SaaS platforms
.
Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding and upselling.
Prepare and deliver impactful
product demos and presentations
tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM and provide weekly forecasts and pipeline reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-7 years
of experience in B2B tech sales, preferably in
Retail Tech, Hospitality Tech, or SaaS platforms
.
Prior experience selling
POS systems, ERP, CRM, PMS, inventory/order management, or loyalty software
.
Strong network and understanding of the
retail and/or hospitality
ecosystem in India.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Tech-savvy with ability to learn and present software solutions effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
