Key Responsibilities ;
Sales Outreach & Lead Conversion:
Conduct post-demo follow-up calls with high-intent leads.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right courses.
Gather feedback and coordinate with the Teaching Operations team for improvements.
Ensure smooth closure of sales including payment processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential learners.
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring customer delight.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi preferred.
Confidence, resilience, and strong active listening skills.
Passion for building relationships and creating impact.
Prior experience in EdTech or music-related industries is a plus.
