Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead conversion.
Provide information to potential clients about clinic services and offerings.
Maintain follow-ups with leads and ensure timely closures.
Update daily reports and track lead status in CRM/tools.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service communication.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Inside Sales
(healthcare sales preferred, but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools.
Must have own Laptop and Wi-Fi connection.
