Responsibilities



Lead proactive outside sales efforts by identifying and engaging potential clients across designated territories, utilizing cold calling, lead generation, and networking strategies to build a robust sales pipeline. Manage existing accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Develop comprehensive business development plans to penetrate new markets and expand product adoption within target industries. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while meeting company revenue goals. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, forecast sales performance, and analyze market trends. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. Maintain thorough territory management by analyzing market data, tracking competitor activity, and adjusting strategies accordingly. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions that meet their business needs. Upsell existing clients by identifying opportunities for additional products or services that enhance their operations. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients via inside sales channels to nurture relationships and close deals efficiently.

Experience



Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proven success in SAAS products. Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory sales operations and account portfolios. Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities. Excellent negotiation skills complemented by strong analysis skills to evaluate market opportunities and client needs. Experience in technology or technical product sales is highly desirable, along with the ability to deliver compelling product demos. Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships. Ability to work independently within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
