We're looking for a confident and empathetic Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential clients or their families, and guide them through our rehabilitation programs. The role requires excellent communication, patience, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions while maintaining a caring and professional tone.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily inbound and outbound calls from leads and inquiries.
Understand the concerns and needs of patients or their family members and provide detailed information about our services.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper call records in CRM.
Convert potential inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the counseling and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Maintain confidentiality and empathy while discussing patient-related details.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Gather feedback to help improve telecare communication and service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory).
Comfortable with night shifts/ rotational shifts.
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, healthcare sales, edtech or insurance customer service.
More Regional languages known- will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with calmness and empathy.
Strong follow-up and record-keeping skills.
Target-driven with a caring and service-oriented mindset.
