We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who can not only pitch and sell Dubai off-plan properties but also assist with content creation to attract and engage more leads online.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Dubai off-plan projects to Indian investors and end-users Handle warm leads and convert them through phone/WhatsApp follow-ups Create and share project highlights, video walk-throughs, captions, reels, and client-friendly content Write simple property descriptions, social media text, and WhatsApp messages Collaborate with the Dubai-based marketing team to sync campaigns Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships

Requirements

:

Excellent communication in English (Hindi/Tamil are a plus) Confident in handling sales calls and messaging Creative mindset for writing content, creating simple reels, and short videos (Canva knowledge is a bonus) Prior sales, marketing, or real estate experience preferred
