Roles & Responsibilities:



Generate leads, manage client relationships, Oversee cold calling efforts Handle Sales of Plots / Flats / Villas Meet revenue targets consistently Support team with training and client handling strategies. Engage with clients and ensure high conversion rates Track revenue performance and report metrics Lead business development through sales strategies Collaborate with CRM for Post sales activities and ensure smooth documentation is completed. Handhold clients till handing over and ensure their requirements are fulfilled

Requirements:



2-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role. Strong communication and convincing skills. Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work under sales pressure and meet monthly targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
