The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving sales targets for residential/commercial real estate projects. This role involves client interaction, site visits, negotiation, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and follow-ups.
Attend inbound and outbound client inquiries and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
Build relationships with potential buyers, brokers, and channel partners.
2. Client Handling
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.
Arrange and conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings.
Handle customer objections and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process.
3. Sales & Negotiation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and closure conditions.
Coordinate with the sales manager for approval on offers and deals.
4. Documentation & Coordination
Ensure accurate documentation for bookings, agreements, and transaction processes.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and admin teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Ensure timely completion of registration and handover procedures.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and demand.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Suggest new ideas for lead generation and marketing activities.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide after-sales support and assist customers with post-booking queries.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Any Degree / Diploma; MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience:
1-5 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Experience in residential or commercial project sales preferred.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Basic understanding of real estate regulations, RERA, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
