Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and project specifications.
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients effectively.
Maintain and update client database regularly.
Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, events, and lead generation campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate sales
, preferably with builders or promoters.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws.
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
2W/4W with valid license preferred (for field visits).
Graduation or equivalent qualification is a must.
