Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 4-6 years in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end sales of residential/commercial properties.

Attend and manage client site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Required Skills :

Proven experience in real estate sales.

Graduation sales, marketing and related field.

Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Good understanding of property market and legal documentation

Salary 5 Lac 50 Thousand To 6 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
