3. Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits for clients.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Collaborate with developers and channel partners to secure project tie-ups and exclusive offers.
7. Stay updated with current market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or similar industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales goals.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and customer trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
