Criteria - Should have good spoken communication skills in English.
Roles and responsibilities -
Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting products and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the jewellery collections to educate and inform customers.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote complementary products.
Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock display and report low inventory levels.
Customer Support: Address inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Reporting: Provide daily sales updates and insights to the management team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
