Role:
We are hiring a
Senior Sales Executive
to own and grow revenue across our D2C, WhatsApp, Instagram, offline events, and partnerships.
This is not a support role.
This role owns
monthly revenue, conversion, and repeat purchase growth
.
You will be responsible for converting leads into customers, increasing order value, building repeat behaviour, and opening new sales channels, while working closely with marketing, product, and founders.
Who We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in D2C, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
Proven ability to close sales, not just manage pipelines
Comfortable selling premium products without heavy discounting
Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and persuasion skills
Commercial mindset - understands numbers, margins, and trade-offs
Self-driven, accountable, and execution-focused
What This Role Is Not
Not a customer support role
Not an order-processing role
Not a passive pipeline management role
