Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the manufacturing sector.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing sales.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Territory Management:
Effectively manage and travel within the assigned territory of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh to meet sales targets.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
1 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
Industry Knowledge:
Proven experience in sales related to products such as tools, equipment, machinery, automobile parts, chemicals, paints, metal, or other industrial goods.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and presentable demeanor.
Mobility:
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.
Qualities:
Confident, self-motivated, target-driven, and a natural relationship builder.
We are not considering candidates from the Banking, Finance, BPO, KPO, or Pharmaceutical industries for this position.
