Senior Sales Executive



Salary:

Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Drive new customer acquisition across

residential, commercial, corporate & hospitality sectors

. Focus on

new property developments, businesses & corporate clients

requiring premium leased lines or enterprise-grade connectivity. Generate estimates, send proposals & follow up diligently on sales enquiries to secure new business. Promote Infinet's core Internet services as well as

added-value offerings

:
o Commercial Leased Lines
o Surveillance & Security Systems
o Mobile Network Signal Boosters
o Power Backup UPS', inverters & generators
o Standard IT networking equipment & services
o Wi-Fi Hotspot & OTP-based Solutions for hotels & restaurants
o Redundancy & auto-failover hardware to maximise uptime

Develop revenue streams across

all Merv Enterprises service offerings

, identifying cross-sell & upsell opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management



Manage onboarding of new customers, ensuring smooth set up & satisfaction from day one. Build long-term client relationships with proactive follow-up calls, WhatsApp, email & in-person meetings. Collect & act on customer feedback to continuously improve service quality. Encourage & monitor social media reviews to strengthen brand reputation.

Leadership & Team Contribution



Act as a senior member of the Sales team, mentoring & supporting junior sales coordinators. Contribute actively in daily morning meetings with sales, technical & customer service teams. Work closely with the Head of Sales & Head of Marketing & Business Development to deliver strategic projects & promotional campaigns. Support in

training, motivating & potentially leading a sales team

as the business expands.

Accounts & Service Support



Coordinate with Accounts to manage receivables from new installations. Liaise with Customer Service & Technical teams for smooth transition from sales to service. Ensure clear, accurate record keeping in CRM systems for leads, opportunities & customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven sales experience

(ISP/telecom, IT, hospitality, or infrastructure industry preferred). Excellent

spoken & written English

; knowledge of Konkani & Hindi an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Confident, proactive & organised self-starter with ability to close deals independently. Managerial or supervisory experience beneficial, with willingness to

train & opportunity to lead a sales team

. Proficiency with

MS Office, CRM tools & sales tracking systems
