Develop revenue streams across
all Merv Enterprises service offerings
, identifying cross-sell & upsell opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
Manage onboarding of new customers, ensuring smooth set up & satisfaction from day one.
Build long-term client relationships with proactive follow-up calls, WhatsApp, email & in-person meetings.
Collect & act on customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Encourage & monitor social media reviews to strengthen brand reputation.
Leadership & Team Contribution
Act as a senior member of the Sales team, mentoring & supporting junior sales coordinators.
Contribute actively in daily morning meetings with sales, technical & customer service teams.
Work closely with the Head of Sales & Head of Marketing & Business Development to deliver strategic projects & promotional campaigns.
Support in
training, motivating & potentially leading a sales team
as the business expands.
Accounts & Service Support
Coordinate with Accounts to manage receivables from new installations.
Liaise with Customer Service & Technical teams for smooth transition from sales to service.
Ensure clear, accurate record keeping in CRM systems for leads, opportunities & customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven sales experience
(ISP/telecom, IT, hospitality, or infrastructure industry preferred).
Excellent
spoken & written English
; knowledge of Konkani & Hindi an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Confident, proactive & organised self-starter with ability to close deals independently.
Managerial or supervisory experience beneficial, with willingness to
train & opportunity to lead a sales team
