Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, visit potential customers in the assigned territory, and drive product growth through offline interactions. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, and industry focused approach, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role. This position plays a key role in expanding the company's customer base and achieving revenue targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Institutional and corporate visits in assigned territory to promote products/services Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure repeat business Collect market feedback and report competitor activities Submit daily reports on sales visits and performance Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities

Requirement skills:

Minimum 2 year of field sales experience Must be comfortable with fieldwork. Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle rejection Male candidates only, as per position requirement

Preferred Qualifications:

Any graduation / Post graduation (Preferred BBA or BCom)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to generate and nurture business leads.

Prior sales or business development experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
