Job Description

1. Sales Generation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities with B2B, B2C customers operating.

2. Client interaction: Discussing financial options, interviewing clients, and building relationships

3. Market knowledge: Staying up to date on market developments, economic conditions, and trade policies

4. Product knowledge: Understanding mutual funds and other financial products

5. Sales strategy: Developing sales strategies, setting goals, and generating leads

6. Client service: Providing after-sales support, resolving client queries, and handling complaints

7. Reporting: Reporting data to management, preparing financial reports, and keeping accurate records of transactions

8. Presentations: Delivering presentations and offering advice on the purchase or sale of securities

9. Networking: Networking and using market intelligence

10. Regulatory compliance: Following regulatory compliance and ethical practices

11. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the building segment.

Work closely with sales management to forecast sales, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, collateral, and promotional materials.

11. Collaboration:

Liaise with internal departments, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer experiences. Foster a collaborative culture by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues across the organization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, BE(Mech) or related field preferred. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the building segment. Deep understanding of products and solutions relevant to the building industry, such as construction materials, building automation systems, or energy-efficient technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, understand their business challenges, and propose innovative solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities. Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer value. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools. Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
