JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise daily operations of the team (sales, network operations, or customer support). Set clear team goals and KPIs in alignment with business objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring. Monitor and report team performance metrics. Resolve escalated issues or complaints efficiently. Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity. Guide team in handling complex customer requirements or technical problems. Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements. Implement best practices for workflow and customer interaction. Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance.
