Job Title - Senior Sales Executive





We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for direct sales of Premium Quality Windows & Doors , in

Indore region, possessing following skills -

Skills



1. Strong hold of basic mathematics & units of measurements ( Approximations, Area calculations, inch, sq. ft , mm )

2. Reasonably good hold of both Hindi & English.

3. Strong communication & adaptability skills .

4. Growth oriented & Goal driven(Personal & Organization )

5. Good at presenting ideas & concepts.

6. Able to understand & respect customers' perspective.

7. Strong convincing & negotiation skills.

8. Experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail , Whatsapp , etc.

9. Open to learning new CRM & ERP Softwares, to increase sales productivity.

10. Knowledge of basic sales practices & principles.

11. Knowledge of basic business principles.

12. Should have his/her own vehicle for commuting (Mandatory)

13. Should have his/her own android phone (Mandatory)

Responsibilities



1. Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.

2. Follow up on all existing & fresh sales leads & take all necessary efforts ( product presentation, site survey, showroom visit of the client and/or architect, commercial offer , etc ) to convert it into a successful deal/order.

3. Schedule & implement daily & weekly sales action plans.

4. Maintain & update the customer database in the CRM Software.

5. Update the progress on each lead, on a daily basis.

6. Ensure clearance of all outstanding payments from clients , as per the agreed terms .

7. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure delivery & installation of the committed product inthe committed timeline.

8. Maintain good business relations with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors , etc.

9. Monitor competitors, market conditions & competitors' product & develop action plan to stay ahead in the market.

10. Ensure customer service satisfaction & good client relationships.

11. Perform checks on product and service delivery.

12. Participate in sales & Marketing events

- MBA (Preferably Marketing, Finance)
